SI submitting sending MBL & HBL drafts for approval of client & agent timely, follow ensure timely lock-in with liners & rate closure, carrier follow up for invoice & issues related to loading BL release, co-ordinate with finance team for carrier charges, manage heavy pressure to ensure timely MBL & HBL release, resolve all problems for dedicated clients, sending pre-alerts, ensure deliver BL to shippers, DSR reporting
Role: Candidates applying should have sound knowledge handling complete sea Import operations & clearance, supervise job creation & arrange documents from clients timely, ensure accurate checklist prepared, check HSN codes & import policies in checklist, get approval from client in time, ensure proper icegate filing, good knowledge of shipping line process for D.O, arrange operations team for customs clearance process, arrange transport vehicles for loading & follow up for empty container, get clearance process in time to ensure no demurrage or penalty incurred
